Quick Start Guide
From a fresh login to your first live campaign in about ten minutes. No developer needed.
You just got your ICTCRM login. Here is the fastest path from an empty account to a running campaign, in the order that actually works.
1. Add your contacts
Open Contacts and either add a few by hand or import a list. The import wizard takes CSV, TXT or XLS, and it lets you map each column to the right field on screen, so a messy export still lines up. It cleans duplicates on the way in, so you are not importing the same person twice.
2. Group them into a calling list
Tag the contacts you want to reach, or drop them into a named group. Tags are free-form and you make them up as you go, which is handy when a list only matters for one campaign. You can filter any list by tag later.
3. Build a message
In the message designer, write what the campaign says. Voice, SMS or email, with tokens that pull the contact's name and other fields in automatically. Keep the first line short. People decide whether to stay on the call in the first few seconds.
4. Launch the campaign
Pick your group, pick the message, choose a dialing mode and set the schedule. Progressive dialing is the sensible default for a first run. Set a sane retry count and an end time, then start it.
5. Watch it work
Every call lands on the contact's timeline as it happens, with the result, the recording and any disposition the agent set. Open the dashboard to see answered versus unanswered in real time. That is the whole loop, and from here everything else is refinement.
Honestly, the thing most teams get wrong on day one is the list, not the tech. Spend your ten minutes on a clean, well-tagged group and the rest falls into place.
